This policy explains how Industrial Automation Group (IA Group) handles personal information collected through this site, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Who we are

This site is operated by Industrial Automation Group (IA Group, "we"). Contact us about privacy at hello@growingregions.com.au.

What we collect

  • Forms: your name, role, organisation, contact details and the project or business details you give us in the readiness support, delivery partner and checklist forms.
  • Usage data: pages visited, referring site, campaign tags and device information, collected through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
  • Server logs: requests for machine-readable pages (such as .md files and llms.txt), including user agent and referrer.

Why we collect it

  • To respond to your request and provide readiness support or partner onboarding.
  • To set up a shared project workspace with IA Group and any partners you agree to involve.
  • To send you updates, only if you opt in.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it.

Who we share it with

  • Our service providers: Vercel (hosting), Convex (form and log storage), Resend (email), Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (analytics), and Litflows (project workspaces).
  • Delivery partners, only for projects where you agree to involve them.

We do not sell personal information.

Overseas storage

Some of our service providers, including Convex, Resend, Google and Microsoft, store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure they handle it consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Email and consent

We send marketing email only if you opt in. Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe, and we act on unsubscribe requests promptly.

Cookies

We use cookies for analytics. Advertising cookies are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@growingregions.com.au. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
